Wealth-Based Service Model
Your service tier is automatically determined based on your total portfolio value across all connected Algorand accounts. Portfolio values are calculated using real-time market prices and updated daily. There are no monthly fees - access to premium features is based solely on your portfolio size.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To use our service, you must:
- Have a valid Google account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old
- Comply with all applicable laws
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Using strong authentication methods
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
- Engage in any form of market manipulation
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Wealth-Based Service Model
- Service tiers are automatically assigned based on portfolio value
- No monthly subscription fees or billing cycles
- Access to features is determined by your total Algorand portfolio value
- Portfolio values are calculated using real-time EUR market prices
- Tier assignments are updated daily based on portfolio fluctuations
6.2 Portfolio Calculation
- All Algorand assets across connected accounts are included
- Values are calculated in EUR using current market rates
- Portfolio snapshots are taken daily at 00:00 UTC
- Tier changes take effect immediately upon portfolio valuation updates
6.3 Enterprise Services
Enterprise tier users (portfolio > €1,000,000) may opt for additional premium services with custom pricing:
- Dedicated account management - Custom pricing
- On-premise deployment - Starting at €5,000/month
- Custom integrations - Project-based pricing
- Enhanced SLA agreements - Custom terms

7.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Important: Your Algorand private keys are encrypted and stored in your personal Google Drive. We never have access to your unencrypted private keys.
9. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scholtz & Company, j.s.a. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 Service Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 Financial Risks
Cryptocurrency Risk Warning: Trading and holding cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any losses that may occur.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall we be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a security risk to our systems
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will cease immediately
- We will delete your account data within 30 days
- Your encrypted data in Google Drive remains under your control
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:
- Email notification
- Website announcement
- In-service notifications
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
